We’re Hiring: Campus Outreach Executive
📍 Location: Hybrid, Dhaka (with frequent nationwide travel)
🕒 Position: Full-time

Programming Hero is looking for a proactive and energetic Campus Outreach Executive to lead our outreach across universities, colleges, and schools. You’ll build strong student communities, organize impactful events, manage ambassadors, and create engagement funnels that inspire thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, student clubs, and faculty.
2️⃣ Plan and execute outreach events (seminars, workshops, hackathons, bootcamps).
3️⃣ Manage full event operations, including logistics, budgeting, volunteer coordination, branding, and media coverage.
4️⃣ Create & manage a dedicated student community for events/bootcamp to guide students.
5️⃣ Recruit, train, and manage campus ambassadors.
6️⃣ Design engagement activities for students in outreach activity.
7️⃣ Launch innovative campus strategies.
8️⃣ Collect student feedback, support in recording and shooting User Generated Content.
9️⃣ Track activities, submit reports, and suggest new strategies to strengthen the campus funnel.
🔟 Coordinate and manage the gift process for different team activities and events.

Qualifications

1️⃣ Strong time management, communication, problem-solving & public speaking skills.
2️⃣ Willingness to travel nationwide.
3️⃣ Experience in student leadership, clubbing, and event management.
4️⃣ Strong team player and collaboration skills.
5️⃣ Priority given if you have digital or traditional marketing experience (preferred).

Employment Type

1️⃣ Full-Time (8 Hours a Day, 5 Days a Week) — we only care about your contribution, not your logged hours.
2️⃣ First 4 months are probation (if you prove yourself in the first month, we won’t wait 4 months!).

Salary

1️⃣ 22,000 BDT to 25,000 BDT — your talent will be valued.
