🔥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Market Reboot & Growth Strategy: Analyze current platform positioning and design a growth roadmap for relaunching in global markets.
2️⃣ Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential partners, clients, and communities that can accelerate growth.
3️⃣ Revenue Generation: Explore and implement creative monetization models, from B2B collaborations to new user acquisition channels.
4️⃣ Brand Revitalization: Work closely with marketing and product teams to reshape brand communication, storytelling, and market perception.
5️⃣ User Acquisition & Retention: Build strategic campaigns to attract new users and re-engage existing ones.
6️⃣ Entrepreneurial Execution: Take ownership of initiatives, run small experiments, measure outcomes, and scale what works.

💡 Qualifications & Mindset We’re Looking For

1️⃣ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA is a plus).
2️⃣ 2+ years of experience in business development, growth, or startup operations (tech or app-based business preferred).
3️⃣ Entrepreneurial mindset, someone who can think beyond job descriptions and take ownership.
4️⃣ Experience in international business, partnerships, or market expansion will be an advantage.
5️⃣ Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6️⃣ Comfort with ambiguity, able to build structure where none exists.
7️⃣ Passionate about technology, startups, and building something impactful from scratch.
