We are seeking a skilled and highly proactive Finance Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to be our LEAD financial guy in the team within the next 3 years.

You will participate in various financial and accounting activities, contributing to business decisions through data-driven insights.

🔥𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

📊 Financial Reporting – Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets.

💰 Financial Transactions – Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely invoices, receipts, and payments processing.

📈 Budget Management – Assist in budget development, forecasting, and financial planning.

📊 Financial Analysis – Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making and financial problem solving. (most important one)

💡𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

1️⃣ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (This is not mandatory for qualified candidates)

2️⃣ Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.

3️⃣ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4️⃣ Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

5️⃣ Experience with financial tools and accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar. (we have our own finance management tool)

📑𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞:

Full-Time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) – We care about your contributions, not your hours.

The first 3 months will be a probation period.

💵𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 25,000 BDT – 40,000 BDT (based on experience and skills).
