🚀 Programming Hero is Hiring: Product Marketing Executive (Remote)

 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to lead our upcoming international product launch. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record of driving growth for SaaS or digital products. This is a role for someone who can strategize, execute, and optimize across both organic and paid channels while ensuring measurable business impact.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Develop and execute comprehensive product launch and Go-to-Market strategies.
2️⃣ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices.
3️⃣ Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
4️⃣ Plan and execute SEO campaigns (on-page, off-page, technical, international).
5️⃣ Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) Plan, launch, and optimize for best results.
6️⃣ Manage conversion tracking & measurement to analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
7️⃣ Drive funnel optimization, landing page A/B testing, and CRO initiatives.
8️⃣ Oversee email marketing and automation workflows.
9️⃣ Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
🔟 Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.

 

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

1️⃣ Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, product launch execution, market research, competitor analysis, ICP & buyer persona development, pricing & positioning
2️⃣ Advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword clustering, content marketing, and international/geo-targeted SEO strategies
3️⃣ Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads (B2B & retargeting), audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike campaigns, and ROAS optimization
4️⃣ Landing page optimization (A/B testing, heatmaps), end-to-end sales funnel creation, CRO strategies, and email marketing automation
5️⃣ Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, attribution models, and behavior tracking tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)
6️⃣ Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and campaigns, content strategy development, and storytelling for growth
7️⃣ Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, Churn) and ability to apply data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies.

 

📌 Required Experience

1️⃣ 1-2 years of experience in Product Marketing / SaaS Marketing / Growth Marketing.
2️⃣ Proven experience in Product Launch Strategy & Execution (preferably in SaaS or AI/Tech products)
3️⃣ Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate within a team
4️⃣ Understanding of AI/Tech trends and how to position AI products for global audiences.
5️⃣ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.


📑 Employment Type

1️⃣ Full-Time (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) — we don’t track hours, we value your contribution
2️⃣ Initial 4 months will be considered a probation period — if you prove yourself within the first month, confirmation can happen earlier

💵Salary: 30,000 BDT to 40,000 BDT.
