We’re looking for a creative and experienced Sr. UI/UX designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. If you're someone who values user-first design, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced remote environment  we’d love to meet you.

🗒️𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

1️⃣ Design UI/UX for Mobile and Web Applications.

2️⃣ Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

3️⃣ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

4️⃣ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

5️⃣ Prepare and present rough drafts to the product manager and other internal team members.

6️⃣ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

7️⃣ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

8️⃣ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.

9️⃣ Direct communication with the PM onsite. Understanding the requirements from the remote is very important.

📃𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

1️⃣  Full-Time (8 Hours a Day, 5 Days of the Week) [we won't track your time, we only care about your contribution]

2️⃣ The first 3 months will be counted as a probation period. (if you can prove yourself in the first month, then we’ll not wait 3 months for sure) 

🌟𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

1️⃣ At least 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.

2️⃣ Graduation from any discipline.

3️⃣ Proven work experience in user research.

4️⃣ Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

5️⃣ Excellent understanding of basic design principles, including but not limited to typography, colour, balance, information hierarchy, and attention to detail.

6️⃣ Proficient in design software (Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc).

7️⃣ Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design.

8️⃣ Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

💵𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆:

1️⃣ 60,000 BDT - 75,000 BDT Monthly. [we will value your talent, no worries]

2️⃣ During the probation period, you will only receive your salary; after probation, you will receive other benefits.
