🎯𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Programming Hero, He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality and reliability testing system for our organization's products and development processes.

🗒️𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

1️⃣ Develop, implement, and maintain quality testing systems for web & applications.

2️⃣ Collaborate with the team to define QA parameters.

3️⃣ Use bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello) to document issues.

4️⃣ Create test cases, troubleshoot issues, and modify procedures.

5️⃣ Automate specific test cases for web & Android applications.

6️⃣ Generate detailed reports and work closely with the product manager.

7️⃣ Manage user reviews and feedback.

📃𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

1️⃣  Full-Time (8 Hours a Day, 5 Days of the Week) [we won't track your time, we only care about your contribution]

2️⃣ The first 3 months will be counted as a probation period. (if you can prove yourself in the first month, then we’ll not wait 3 months for sure) 

🌟𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

1️⃣ At least 2-3 years of working experience in the SQA sector.

2️⃣ Core scripting knowledge in Python/ JavaScript/ Java.

3️⃣ UI Automation knowledge using Appium and Selenium.

4️⃣ API Test Automation-related experience using Postman.

5️⃣ Load Test and Performance Test using tools like JMeter.

6️⃣ Proficiency in CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery)

7️⃣ practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub CI, or a related tool

8️⃣ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment, quality assurance, and software testing.

💵𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆:

1️⃣ 40,000 BDT - 60,000 BDT Monthly. [we will value your talent, no worries]

2️⃣ During the probation period, you will only receive your salary; after probation, you will receive other benefits.
